- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through secure payment processing with Stripe.
- How does billing work for paid plans?
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually (with a 2 months free for annual billing). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. We'll prorate any changes to your subscription and credit your account accordingly.
- Can I change plans at any time?
- Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll adjust your billing automatically. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll only charge you for the remaining days of your billing period.
- What happens to my links if I downgrade my plan?
- All your existing links will continue to work even if you downgrade. However, if you exceed the limits of your new plan, you won't be able to create new links until you're below the limit. No data or existing links will be lost during a downgrade.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
